  Went to this location last night at 9pm. We tried to place our order at the drive thru and nobody answered. Employees were inside and the doors were locked. They closed up an HOUR before closing time. They just stood around watching. Called the management and got nowhere! Definitely will NOT be going back. Shoutout to the KFC in Orem, nicest employees ever.

  Horrible food and the employees could care less. It was an hour before closing and they had no original recipe but they asked if I wanted original?????. The food tasted like it was sitting there all day. Never again will I go to KFC within an hour of closing. Horrible plan and simple deserves 0 stars

  Love this place super yummy. My pregnancy cravings are all towards KFC but they forgot some of my food that my husband waited an extra 10 minutes for. Kinda upsetting we called and tried to fix the mistake and no one answered we don't live close so it's to much of a pain to go back.

  I love the root beer and sandwiches, but I hate mayonnaise. Twice now I have made it very clear "No mayonnaise" and had them repeat it and twice now when I got to my office the sandwich was slathered with mayo. On top of that I had to get out of line and wait for the now bad sandwich. Poor service ruins the purchase. And to top it off I called. No one answered but after a lot of rings the fax machine answered.

  Wow this place makes some gnarly chicken! I got the 5 kentucky wings and they were so fried I couldn't tell what was meat and what was bone. Not only that my biscuit was DRENCHED in grease from the wings. SO NASTY!
  
  No offense to anyone, but when I go to this location the employees are looking incredibly nasty. The guy who took my order looks like he came into work after his other job at the mechanic. Jacket was all dirty and black. Man, how deep does this rabbit hole go? This place is bad news bears.
